GRAPHIC DESIGNER

for our apparel brands and performance products

DESCRIPTION: Ideal candidate should be familiar with the motocross market, possess a passion for
design and the action sports lifestyle and confidence to join our high-energy, fast-paced team of
designers and developers. You will be responsible for all design aspects from graphic concepts,
technical features and development resulting in completion of tech packs while meeting strict
deadlines. You will also participate in the creation of all media projects with direction from our
Marketing Team. Experience with web development and maintenance a big plus. To be successful in
our environment, the ideal Design candidate needs a high level of self direction, discipline and maturity.
The Designer participates as a partner and a teammate in a highly collaborative process which demands
consistently positive, upbeat and creative energy.

PRIMARY JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Superior Adobe Creative Suite skills including but not limited to Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

• Developed design skills for graphics, sketching, computer line art and sense for visual presentations

• Proficient in creating tech packs, detail and dimension drawings and product embellishments

• Must be able to handle multiple projects with independent deadlines and requirements

• Possess strong verbal and written communications and organizational skills

• Knowledge of printing techniques and understanding how graphics translate onto printable mediums

• Must have exceptional ability to manage time and execute ideas from initial concept to completion

• Needs to be a team player and thrive in a collaborative and fast paced creative environment

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and active participation in motocross a huge plus

• Bachelor’s degree, Art Design School Graduate or similar work experience resulting in a strong portfolio

• 4 years of minimum experience in related field, preferably the action sports industry

• Salary compensation is negotiable based on experience

MARKETING COORDINATOR

for our products Marketing Department

DESCRIPTION: Answer racing is seeking a marketing coordinator. We have an immediate opening in our
Marketing Department for an enthusiastic forward-thinking individual who is looking for a great position
within a leading motocross apparel company. If you excel at the essential functions listed below, along
with meeting the listed job requirements, then this may be the job for you.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Implement and oversee creative design of ads and other materials consistent with advertising strategies and media budgets.

• Build and maintain relationships with trade and industry media to maintain publicity and editorial coverage of brand.

• Manage the development and execution of printed materials for use as sales aids, in-store merchandising, event marketing, etc.

• Assist with strategy and direction of brand graphical elements (look and feel) as well as strategies impacting brand position and perceptions.

• Assists with all aspects of strategic and business planning related to the brand such as budgets, product portfolio, product positioning, pricing, promotion and sales planning

• Work directly with MX Director on overall athlete/team selection and help contract/secure the athletes to the brand.

• Work with the Rider Support Rep

• Other related duties are assigned

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum 2 years experience in action sports marketing.

• College degree in sports marketing or related course of study preferred.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects to strict specified deadlines.

• A passion for and strong skills in apparel product, POP and media design.

• Salary compensation is negotiable based on experience.

CSG SALES SPECIALIST

This position will have expertise in the CSG brands

DESCRIPTION: Primary focus is to assist
Tucker Rocky's RSM's and Sales Reps in executing sales strategies and efforts to
gain/increase market share in dealerships. Specifically, this position will identify
low/underperforming Sales with CSG brands and work through RSM's to assist/train
Sales Reps on features/benefits, market position to gain market share and increase
sales. Position will also work closely with key E-accounts. Position will be responsible
to provide sales strategies and sales & launch programs for CSG brands.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Utilize TR Dealer and other data/reports to identify low/no market
penetration/sales by Sales Rep.

• Work directly with TR Sales Reps to achieve market penetration and sales goals for
assigned products/brands.

• Maintain high level or product knowledge, knowledge of competition, market
conditions and dealer purchase behavior/history.

• Help develop dealer's abilities to more effectively buy, merchandise and sell
assigned products/brands from TR to their retail customers.

• Proactively assist Sales Reps in seeking out new business/sales opportunities.

• Seek out opportunities to work through dealers and reps to sell assigned
products/brands including discontinued and closeout sales.

• Support reps and dealers' promotional effort such as open houses, booths at
events, etc.

• Create Sales & Launch programs.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelors Degree is desired. Five (5) to seven (7) years experience with assigned
products/brands in marketing and sales (with a manufacturer or wholesaler) required.
Experience in sales and marketing of assigned products/brands to retail buyers.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft
Word, Excel and Lotus Notes.

Other Skills and Abilities

Must be able to learn and efficiently utilize an automated order entry system to the
extent to be able to use it personally and instruct dealer personnel on how to use it.
Familiarity with motorsport equipment and general mechanical aptitudes necessary
to support routine and creative approaches to problem solving. Must have the ability
to sell assigned products/brands to retailers and have effective strategies to aid
retailers in selling assigned products/brands to retail customers.
